Trade show booth design for the DACH market: three LED panel walls and an A4 press advertisement in German. Three weeks from brief to production files and a 3D visualisation ready for client sign-off.
Context
A German-Language Trade Show Stand for the DACH Market
Mondi is a recruitment agency from Poznań specializing in sourcing skilled workers from Poland for companies operating in the German market. The company was planning to exhibit at a trade show in Berlin and needed a professional stand that would effectively capture the attention of DACH employers. All materials had to be prepared in German and meet the technical requirements for large-format LED light boxes. An additional element: an A4 print ad for local promotional materials accompanying the show.
Execution
3D Visualizations Approved Before Stand Production
I designed the graphics for three exhibition wall panels built from LED light boxes — each with a distinct communication role: brand presentation, the value proposition for employers, and a call to action. I kept everything consistent with Mondi's visual identity, with German-language messaging tailored to the DACH market. In parallel, I designed an A4 print ad for local promotional materials distributed around the trade show. All files were prepared to meet large-format print technical requirements. I supplemented the project with 3D visualizations of the stand — allowing the client to approve the layout and look before production.
Result
Zero Revisions at the Large-Format Print Stage
The stand was produced according to the design and presented at the trade show in Berlin. The 3D visualizations allowed the client to approve the stand layout before production, eliminating the risk of costly revisions at the large-format printing stage. The consistent German-language messaging strengthened Mondi's credibility among potential business partners in the DACH market.
