How does the partnership process look — from the first contact to the final deliverable?
We start with a short call or email exchange to define the scope of work. Based on that, I prepare a quote and a proposed action plan. Once approved, I move on to execution — step by step, with regular communication and the option to request revisions.You receive the final files in the agreed formats.
Can I order just a single element, such as a logo or a 3D visualization?
Yes — you don’t need to subscribe to a long-term commitment. I handle both comprehensive projects and single elements such as a logo, marketing graphics, or 3D visualizations.
What materials should I prepare before the project begins?
It depends on the type of project. Typically, useful materials include: your existing logo, texts, photos, examples of graphic styles you like, and a short description of your project goals.If you don’t have everything ready, I’ll help you organize it.
Can I count on support with content selection, color palette, or visual strategy?
Yes — that’s part of my process. I select and tailor visual style to match your brand and audience.If needed, I can also prepare content suggestions or text outlines
In which languages can we communicate? Do you work with international clients?
I work in Polish and English on a daily basis, and occasionally handle projects for the German market.International collaboration is not a problem — both in terms of communication and preparing multilingual materials.
Do you also design WordPress-based websites, and will I be able to edit them myself later on?
Yes. I build WordPress websites from scratch, using custom-designed themes.Once the site is live, you receive full access to the admin panel, allowing you to update content and edit selected elements.If your site requires frequent technical updates or code-level adjustments, I can suggest collaborating with me or a dedicated developer — although most edits can be handled independently.
Will I receive source files, and in what formats are final deliverables provided?
If we’re working long-term or our collaboration is built on mutual trust, I can provide source files.For one-time projects, source files can be shared upon prior agreement.Final deliverables are provided in standard, agreed-upon formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG).
What are the estimated turnaround times, and is express delivery possible?
Timelines depend on the project scope and current availability. Most projects take between 3 and 6 weeks.If you need an accelerated delivery, let me know — in many cases, I can speed up the process or offer a priority workflow, provided your materials are ready.
